CONTRACT :
Georgia LX Club Advertisers
www.GALXClub.com takes pride in its Advertisers forums and looks forward to bringing business to each and every vendor via online exposure to the masses. Local shops, engine builders, parts retailers, tint/stereo shops, exhaust shops, etc are welcome to open an account to promote their business and are more than welcome to partake in online discussions with the rest of the members. We strive to keep your costs low to allow each vendor/advertiser to meet the goals of sales and success at the same time.
The GALXClub online community is comprised of Enthusiasts, drag racers and show car enthusiasts, all merged into an easy to navigate forum. The forum is monitored by the site administrator and several moderators, forum discussions are regulated by all forum staff*.
Our Advertiser Packages are as follows:
Basic Certified Vendor / Advertiser
* 500x80 rotating banner ad (at top of main pages) - or - a 180x500 rotating skyscraper ad placed in left - or - right margins.
* Banner linked to your websites home page or page of your choosing.
* Unlimited impressions.
* Custom user title and tag indicating your vendor status.
* Private message storage limit raised to 150 messages.

Supporting Certified Vendor / Advertiser
* 500x80 non-rotating banner ad (at top of main pages) - or - a 180x500 non-rotating skyscraper ad placed in left - or - right margins.
* Unlimited impressions.(if more than 1 impression is desired or needed, a rotating banner may be used at the discretion of forum administration.)
* Self-run forum area for customer support (Sub-Forum)
* Custom title and tag indicating your vendor status.
* Private message storage limit raised to 350 messages.

Banner Design Service
If you need a new banner created, we can design one for a one-time fee of $45.00. You will get a standard size 500x80 pixel banner that you can use not only on GALXClub.com but also on other sites where you might advertise as well. You will receive a JPG or GIF as well as the original source file. If you need this service or have any other questions, click HERE here to contact Forum Administrators.
By purchasing an advertising account on the GALXClub Forum, you agree to these terms and conditions:
QUICK AND DIRTY TERMS (NON-LEGALESE)
- Within 24 hours of receipt of payment, you will receive an email request for contact information and your banner. You may post vendor-related threads immediately. If payment fails for any reason all vendor-related threads will immediately be deleted without notice.
- GALXClub.com Forum reserves the right to cancel a campaign at any time for any reason as decided by administrator and moderator consensus.
- No Flash banners are permitted, only .jpg, .gif, .png type files will be accepted.
- Vendor account status supersedes contributor account status. If you are a contributing member and sign up for basic advertising, you will appear as a vendor but retain your contributor privileges (PM limits, image hosting, etc).
- If your vendor account expires, you have 5 business days before your forum area is closed and removed.
- All prices are subject to change without notice at the end of the subscriptions. Price increases are subject to site traffic and community growth.

RIGHT TO REFUSE UNACCEPTABLE ADVERTISING
The Georgia LX Club Forum reserves the right to refuse any advertisement that does not completely conform to all guidelines and ad specifications. The Georgia LX Club Forum reserves the right to refuse any advertisement graphic that does not arrive five (5) business days before the Advertiser would like the banner to appear online. The Georgia LX Club Forum may, at its sole discretion, refuse the use of any advertising that it deems inappropriate or cancel any campaign in progress should it be determined to be inappropriate. This also applies to posted threads and related content.
INDEMNIFICATION FOR LIABILITY & STATEMENT VALIDITY
Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to (1) the Advertisement, and/or (2) any material to which users can link through the Advertisement. Advertiser represents and warrants that the Advertisement and Link comply with the Georgia LX Club Forum advertising standards; that it holds the necessary rights to permit the use of the Advertisement and Link by the The Georgia LX Club Forum for the purpose of this Agreement; and that the use, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the Advertisement will not violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of celebrity, violation of any anti discrimination law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity. Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold the The Georgia LX Club Forum harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by the Georgia LX Club Forum, arising out of or related to Advertiser's breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties. Advertiser further agrees to pay all legal fees and costs incurred by the Georgia LX Club Forum in defense of any such claim or action.
LIMITATION ON DAMAGES
In no event will the Georgia LX Club Forum be liable to advertiser for any damages, whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and whether or not the Georgia LX Club Forum has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Georgia LX Club Forum shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to provide reference or access to all or any part of the advertising due to systems failure, technological failure of the Georgia LX Club Forum or the web, or any other cause beyond our control. Georgia LX Club Forum will not be responsible for harm due to unauthorized use of your advertisements as presented on the service by third parties, including without limitation, unauthorized reproduction and tampering by network "hackers."
ABILITY TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT
By signing this agreement, Advertiser warrants that Advertiser is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Advertiser cannot enter into a binding contract.

* The moderators can only handle situations that they are aware of. The post reporting system is enabled so the users of the forum can help with the regulation of the site by reporting bad content/posts to the moderation teams.GALXClub moderation teams have the right to police ALL forums and Sub-Forums on our Domain,but will give way to you or your sub-forum moderaters in your sub-forum.
*GALXClub.com uses a Trader ratings system. This system is in place to record positive as well as negative experiences between members and vendors. It is strongly encouraged to use this system truthfully on a transaction by transaction basis.
